This is Janurary 18, a day which many websites take the action to oppose SOPA — The purpose of this bill seems to stop “illegal goods” (for intellectual property rights) in the commerce on the network, but in fact, this is a black list about ‘the websites that seem likely to encroach on American’s commercial benefits’. The act is identical to that of the superpower in the opposite of Pacific¹.

In my perception, Internet could be an artificial world of anarchy. In here everything can be free, and remind us of an invaluable practice of sharing. We can, surely, choose which thing deserves our pay. However, the incentive is all base on liberty. If there are legislated to censor the ‘illegal’ content in the network, it is impossible and unreasonable. Do not forget, if there is censorship, it can block everything by cooking up unwarranted charges.

Therefore, this day, everybody is on strike. A most famous one is Wikipedia, which is blacked out for this day:

Anyway, certainly, it is shocking enough. It is well known that, in Wikimedia, there is always serious attention on copyright to ensure all contents in there are really able to be free to use. Even if it may be blocked, it can indeed expose the moral improperness of Internet censorship.

類似 Blog 的個人發佈平台在微網誌推展光大後，由於在資訊的聚合方面非常便利而獲得青睞。其中三種個人發佈平台（也可以說是簡易版的 Blog）Tumblr, Posterous, Soup.io 是目前較多人使用的。本文將介紹三種平台，特色各有不同，不過皆為隨手紀錄、隨心發表的好工具。為他們列個表，簡單入門：

　　Tumblr 最初是設定為簡單使用並且可以隨意 Favorite 的部落格，最大特色就是版面非常自由，且能以 add content 的動作建立社群關係。雖然可以用 Email 傳送資料發佈檔案，但 Tumblr 只支援和 twitter 連通就稍微不足了。不論如何，Tumblr 首先提供了一個比微網誌更充實的發佈系統，也讓網路使用者對於 Blog 這回事開了一回眼界。

　　Posterous 服務最晚推出，也是功能最完整的。除了和 Tumblr 一樣能方便地用 Email 傳送資料、Favorite 與建立社群 (follow)，對檔案良好的排版是它最出色的地方。Autopost 功能更是讓發佈非常方便。評論功能和自訂性使它非常接近 Blog 平台，實際上很多人將它當作 Blog 在用。比 Blog 方便的地方是它只有標籤沒有分類，減少分類的麻煩，更是讓 Posterous 成為隨手分享的好平台。

　　Soup.io 發佈功能普通，和 Tumblr 差不多，也有簡單的社群與 Favorite 功能。最主要的特色是可以從各種地方匯入資料。例如自己在 Youtube 上的影片、Twitter 的 Favorite、aNobii 的書籍都可以匯入，只要資料來源有 RSS 就可以了。Soup.io 名符其實是因為它是統合性的個人媒體，如同一鍋濃湯。

　　個人發佈平台其實是個簡單的事情，資料連通與 RSS 連通都是 Web 2.0 的基本功能，重要的是使用者介面與一些貼心功能有沒有作好。在使用者介面方面 Posterous 是最用心的，且評論功能也帶來不少方便，個人相當推薦使用它當作一個簡易型 Blog。Tumblr 和 Soup.io 則是端看需求，Tumblr 比較適合需要較高自訂性，而發佈的物件較簡單的用戶；Soup.io 則是非常明白地適合需要聚合訊息的用戶。簡短的介紹希望有所幫助。

　　各位應該都會有自己的Blog，不過可能會有些煩惱。例如架站的時候需要顧慮版面、分類等一些事情，發文也要多加考慮，盡量要有份量，不能輕鬆隨便。像 twitter、Plurk那樣的微網誌雖然方便，但有時候140字就是不太夠。有什麼服務是可以方便分享生活中的東西，又沒有經營網站的常見的麻煩呢？

　　8月8日 appleseed 的「Posterous – 輕量級但很強的網誌服務」推薦了 Posterous 這種極簡的內容發佈服務，敝人閱後立刻欣喜，”Eureka!”（我找到了！）試用之後覺得非常棒，其實可以取代大多數的BSP了。如果各位有人在用無名小站或痞客邦，其實完全可以改用 Posterous，而且內容沒必要自己上傳了，Posterous 一切都幫您用好。
　　Posterous 官方宣稱：「只要會發 Email 就會使用 Posterous 來發文章」，因為 Posterous 的發佈方式正好就是 Email。發一篇帶有文字、圖片或影音的 Email 到 post [@] posterous.com，內容就會發佈在上面，連帳號他們都會幫忙註冊好，只需要進去 Manage 修改部份設定就行了。

　　Posterous 的簡單風格搭配 Mac OS X 自帶的 Mail 尤其是最適合的。因為 Mail 同樣可以用拖拉放（Drag）的方式簡單插入照片、影片，和什麼內容都可以幫忙做好的 Posterous 簡直是絕配。

　　要分享其他網站的內容至自己的 Posterous，只需要利用書籤的方式即可。將 Share on Posterous 的書籤放到自己的書籤列，需要分享某篇網頁的內容時點選書籤啟動就可以。Posterous 會幫忙提取網頁中的圖片或影音檔，不過文字檔或屬於 header 的內容預設是不會提取的。

　　要引用文字則選取一段文字再啟動 Share on Posterous，文字就會以引言的方式提取。

　　它們支援 Autopost 與可選擇的跨平台發佈。只要發佈時同時發到下述的 Email，它們就會幫忙發佈。其中 twitter、Plurk、Facbook 的 Autopost 是最方便的，一般 Blog 發佈新文章我都會手動使用 bit.ly 轉換，因為用 Autopost 就沒辦法在自己的 bit.ly 管理介面紀錄了。Posterous 使用自己的 post.ly 短網址（有沒有利比亞的頂級域瘋狂被搶注的八卦？），所以在方便這方面又多加了一截。

甚至還有其它想不到的服務，Posterous 都幫忙做到好！特地引用 appleseed 的文章 內容，順帶一提，Posterous 連引用的格式都做得非常棒！

Posterous works awesome with Google Maps 他們把Google Maps整合到Posterous裡，只要mail簡單的Google Maps網址，系統就會自動嵌入地圖。照片要是含有GeoTag，系統也會自動在照片下方嵌入「Posted from 某地」的連結，點一下就會滑出地圖。

Posterous now supports TrailerAddict embeds and Github Gist code drops. 又多支援著名的電影預告片網站，同時還支援發表在 gist github 的程式碼內嵌到Posterous。

Posterous Quick Tip! Paste a URL to an image and get it on your blog. 要插入任何網路上的照片，只要複製下照片的超連結放進文章中，Email給系統後不僅會替你插入照片，同時 Posterous 也會將照片轉到Posterous，由他們代為保管，這樣你就完全不用擔心哪天連結的照片消失讓你的文章出現叉燒包了！

Posterous image posting is now available in the top twitter clients! 支援一大堆的Twitter程式，從這些twitter clients張貼含有圖片的tweet，Posterous可以代替twitpic當做照片的存放處，甚至有些twitter client（例如iPhone上的simply tweet）可以將多張圖片整理在同一篇Posterous變成照片集形式。

　　上面這些也許是小事情，但是 Posterous 就是要努力將它們做好，以讓用戶能簡便的發佈文章。敝人想幫 Posterous 做中文介面，讓這麼簡單方便的內容發佈服務可以在中文用戶中流行，對網誌煩惱的用戶就不會覺得寫網誌、改介面麻煩了。而且再怎麼樣，Posterous 總是比無名小站等 BSP 簡單、穩定、有親和力許多！
