Sketchbook Project: the first part done

After twenty days, I have finished the first part, which is 21 pages in total, of my Cahier. The picture above the post showed that the progress achieved second part. I’m used to draft a few pages, then finalize the batch of pages. Most of these pages are colored in the recent three days. By calculating, it seems like to finish one page per day — sufficient for progress. Since I am familiar with drawing on the Cahier after attempt in preceding drawing, I would do more difficult handicraft in next pages. Then the whole sketchbook would be more interesting.

覺察的幸福行動

  對於「幸福」,人們有不同的想像。如果說有所成就是幸福的一種表現,大多數朋友應該都會肯定。那如果將兩種融合起來,說「幸福的成就」,大概就是不太好解釋的概念。

  我參加這次的「幸福行動家」時間管理研討會,除了本身在之前就有在練習 GTD 來增進行事效率,更希望深刻瞭解「成就幸福」的時間管理系統。「幸福行動家」用我自己的語言解釋,會說是「在當下的覺醒達成未來的目標」。

  幸福行動家的研討會時間並不長(四小時之內要釐清廣大的 GTD 概念),而永錫老師在講課中貫徹「蒐集、加工、組織、排程、行動、檢視」的概念,非常的簡明及出色。最重要的是,永錫老師透過巧妙的方法讓在場的學員「注意當下的事」,也就是所謂的「覺醒」。

  出色的導師,都能讓聽眾拋開之前瑣細的情緒,覺察當下。他們將會有一段時間進入深沈積極的覺察狀態,開始瞭解自己以及用心學習導師的智慧。只要有那麼一段時間的覺察,就會試著更加留意當下,——一旦發現覺醒,就是刻骨銘心的經驗,差異只在經歷到的形式——並利用學習到的觀念 (GTD) 蒐集並完成事務,以達成目標。 Continue reading

Impression in the beginning of Sketchbook Project

I have found that the theme which I chose “The Greatest Story Ever Told” may be the most difficult theme. Because the theme could let you elaborate as you free, and you should have so many – many – more many ideas to decide the frame of your story. Of course I said it can be set about describing “telling story”, instead creating a story. However, I merge them together — the story about “the birth of a story”. I think my way is very hard to drive, but I’ll go ahead. Expect for fee when participated, it is an interesting idea that I can’t give it up.
